LK's new MIDI composition tools

LK Midi Composition Tools

Today we are delighted to share with you the latest functionality to be added to LK Matrix module; MIDI composition tools.

Further enhancing Matrix MIDI clip composer, these new tools offer a variety of creative uses, alongside useful timesaving functions.

In today's video we take a look at the melody generation and mutation tools, and how they can help with your creative workflow. Using LK as an AUv3 inside AUM, we start to build a track by generating a simple bassline and melody.

Things get really interesting when we start mutating the notes to create variations and movement, and use follow actions to mutate the notes every time the melody clip loops!

Starting from scratch (apart from the drums!) We are able to build up a basic track idea in minutes, showing just how easy and useful the new tools can be.
