The full Imaginando desktop catalogue is in scope — single titles, expansions, and bundles. Commission is always 20% of the price the customer actually pays, so a bundle earns on its discounted sale price, not the undiscounted catalogue total.
Mobile apps (LK, TKFX, uBridge and the iOS builds of our synths) sit outside the program because the App Store and Google Play handle billing for us. You're welcome to promote them — the brand awareness usually circles back to desktop conversions, which do pay out.

What's the commission rate?

Twenty percent on every eligible sale generated through your referral link. The same rate applies to single titles, expansions and bundles — no per-product tier games.
How and when am I paid?

Payouts are quarterly, by PayPal or SEPA bank transfer — whichever you set in your dashboard. You'll see a running balance update in near-real-time as referred sales clear.
What is a 30-day cookie window?

When someone clicks your referral link, a small tag is stored in their browser. For thirty days after that click, any purchase they make on imaginando.pt credits to your account — even if they didn't buy on the first visit.
Who's eligible to join?

We approve affiliates individually. The minimum bar is one active, public channel — YouTube, Twitch, a podcast, a newsletter, a Discord, a blog — with an audience adjacent to music or visual production. We don't run open enrolment.
Does the program apply to every product?

Desktop only. Our macOS and Windows titles — VS, BAM, DRC, FRMS, GRFX, TV3, K7D, DLYM and bundles thereof — earn commission. App Store and Google Play purchases (including LK, TKFX, uBridge) are not eligible, because the storefronts handle billing.
Can I still promote the mobile apps?

Yes — please do. You won't earn commission on iOS / Android sales, but the awareness flows back into desktop conversions, which do pay out. Affiliates can lead with mobile demos and convert on desktop.
What marketing materials do I get?

We don't provide marketing materials — no banner packs, mock-ups or copy templates. You promote with your own content and your tracked referral link; the dashboard is for the link and your live performance stats.
How do I track performance?

Clicks, conversions, conversion rate, current balance, paid-out total and per-link breakdowns are all in the affiliate dashboard. Same tool we use to manage the program internally.
What support is available?

The same channel as every other Imaginando customer: the chat widget on our site or a direct email. We answer affiliate questions with the same priority as license questions.
