- Quantized master transpose knob
- Fixes MIDI channels settings initialisation
- Fixes high quality and MPE settings initialisation
- Fixes VST live audio input on some DAWs
- Fixes MPE on VST
- Fixes AAX plugin loading
- Fixes highlight color
