Now, we’re looking to expand our digital marketing team with a Google Ads Specialist who knows how to drive performance, especially in the context of digital products and creative tools.
Job Description:
As our Google Ads Specialist, you’ll take ownership of all paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), with a focus on conversion and revenue growth. You’ll work closely with our internal marketing and design teams to optimize our ad funnel and maximize campaign ROAS.
Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for multiple products
- Analyze campaign performance and report on key KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions)
- Conduct keyword research and manage audience targeting
- Write and test compelling ad copy and creatives
- Collaborate with content and design teams for high-performing landing pages
- Perform A/B testing and conversion tracking via Tag Manager/GA4
- Proactively suggest and test new campaign strategies and formats
- Maintain and manage ad budgets and spend pacing
- Keep up with trends, updates, and best practices in paid search and digital ads
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management
- Proven track record of driving results (e.g., sales, app installs, email signups)
- Deep understanding of performance metrics and attribution models
- Experience using GA4, Google Tag Manager
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the music software industry or digital creative tools
- Personal interest in music production or audio software
Bonus Points:
- Experience with other ad platforms (Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Understanding of ASO and conversion funnels for app-based products
